Its purpose is the continuous improvement of the learning and teaching processes, in order to deliver to its students and teachers those theoretical-practical mechanisms that promote quality of life, student welfare, psychological, behavioral and social development.

Given that UTS makes a significant effort to deal with this type of problem, there is a clear need to design and implement an accompaniment model for students that effectively articulates and enhances institutional efforts.
